KYC MISSION STATEMENT

We aspire with the help of our members to create a premier private yacht club that promotes responsible boating coupled with positive social experiences.

 

The MISSION of the Kanagio Yacht Club shall be:

  1. To encourage all phases of boating on Lake Erie and related waterways

  2. To promote a high standard of skill and seamanship in the handling of craft

  3. To secure honorable conduct in all activity and competition

  4. To foster a friendly and cooperative spirit among its members

  5. To cultivate fraternal relations with other yachting organizations

  6. To maintain proper facilities for recreation of its members on a not for profit basis.
